Step 1
Prep.
Wash shrimp
Diced onion.
Cut green onion
Step 2
Mix egg and water together in a small bowl
Step 3
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat
Step 4
Scramble egg
Step 5
Heat large pan or wok on medium high heat, and add vegetable oil
Step 6
Add onion and cook until fragrant about two minutes.
Step 7
Stir in rice, shrimp, soy sauce, peas, and carrots, bean, sprouts, and black pepper
Step 8
Cook and stir for five minutes until crust forms.
Step 9
Deglaze with soy sauce
Step 10
Stir in egg.
Step 11
Topped with green onion and Sriracha mayo
