A very easy & delicious raspberry jam.
You can keep it in the fridge for at least 2-4 months.

Instructions
Step 1

In a pot add the frozen raspberries along with sugar, lemon juice and water.
Step 2

Place it over medium heat and give it a stir. (to save time, place a lid over it)
Step 3

Once the raspberries are soft mush them with a spoon or a spatula.
Step 4

In a small bowl add 8-9 tbsp of the raspberry juice while it's still boiling and mix in the cornstarch.
Step 5
Pour the juice with the cornstarch back in the pot and stir.
Step 6

Stir the jam regularly until it reduces and thickens.
Step 7

Let the jam cool without placing a lid over.
Step 8

When it's completely cooled completely put on lids and place it in the fridge.
