Instructions
Step 1
Finely chopped the onion. Using a garlic crusher, crush the garlic.
Step 2
Heat pan over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and sugar then season. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Preheat oven to 180⁰C
Step 5
Bring a large saucepan of water top boil. Carefully add the ravioli and cook for 3 minutes then drain into a colander. Add ravioli to sauce and mix well to combine.
Step 6
Spoon half the ravioli mixture into an oven proof dish. Arrange half the cheese on top. Repeat layering one more time with remaining ravioli mixture and cheese. Place dish in oven
Step 7
Bake ravioli for 25 minutes
