Parchment paper is a must to prevent the cabbage rolls from sticking and burning. While any kind of casserole dish can be used, I tend to always make a large batch of cabbage rolls and freeze a lot of them. For this reason, I prefer to use square 8x8-inch disposable foil pans. Each pan can fit between 10-30 cabbage rolls, depending on how many you'd like to freeze together.
