Instructions
Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl or ziplock bag.
Step 2
Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Step 3
Grill or pan-sear on medium-high heat until browned and cooked through (6–8 mins per side).
Step 4
Let rest, then slice thin.
