Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Grease your tray lightly with oil, butter, or a sheet of baking paper (I can see you have some!).

3. In a big bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

4. Whisk in the eggs, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup/sweetener.

5. Add oats, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.

6. Pour the batter into the tray and spread out evenly.
Step 7
7. Optional: Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, or berries on top.
Step 8
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden on top and a skewer comes out clean.
Step 9
9. Cool slightly, then cut into squares.
