Instructions
Step 1
Add pumpkin, sesame, Chia, rolled oats, sugar, salt, textured soy protein, flavorings (cardamom, ginger and/or lemon zest).
Step 2
Process almonds in a good processor until about the size of pumpkin seeds.
Step 3
Add pumpkin, sesame, Chia, rolled oats, sugar, salt, textured soy protein, flavorings (cardamom, ginger and/or lemon zest).

Optionally process further until desired granularity.
Step 5
In a large bowl combine remaining dry ingredients.
Step 6
Combine apple sauce, lemon juice, yogurt, almond butter until uniform.
Step 7
Mix wet and dry ingredients in a bowl, and press into a baking sheet or pan lined with parchment.
Step 8
Bake at 400F for 40 minutes turning front to back once.
Step 9
Cut into bars, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
