15 Minute Lime and Bean Soup

1. In a large pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat, then add the onions, jalapeños (add more or less to suit spice preference), and garlic and sauté until the onions turn translucent and begin to brown, about 5 minutes. 2. Add the broth, beans, lime juice, taco seasoning, and salt. Bring to a light boil and cook for 5 minutes. Divide soup among bowls and garnish with avocado and cilantro. Serve a bowl of tortilla chips on the side and encourage everyone to crush some chips into their bowl of soup for a little added crunch.
