Instructions
Step 1
Set stovetop burner to Medium heat and put iron griddle on to heat up. Spray with Pam.


Step 2
While heating, make batter. Mix the sour milk and baking powder together in a bowl.

Then whisk in melted butter, cornmeal and egg
Step 4
And then mix in flour, and small amounts at a time of the fresh milk, making batter as thick or runny as proffered.
Step 5
Add batter in dollops to griddle. Flip every 2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
