Instructions
For potatoes
Step 1
Rinse and cut potatoes in to cubes


Step 2
Boil potatoes in water for 10 minutes




Step 3
Strain potatoes in colander


Step 4
Add the boiled potatoes to a large bowl with the olive oil, salt, smoked paprika and masala (any one of your choice) and mix. Feel free to use a spoon to mix but I used my hands.







Step 5
Place the potatoes onto a baking sheet & bake for 25 minutes at 425°F or 220°C



Step 6
Remove potatoes to cool down for 5 minutes


For Rice and Lentils
Step 7
Boil rice and lentils in the pot with water and salt

Strain rice and lentils



For Beans
Step 9
Boil beans for 15 minutes



Step 10
Strain beans


Plate the dish
Step 11
Place one half of the rice & lentils into each bowl(2 bowls)



Step 12
Put half of the beans on top of the rice and lentils

Step 13
Put half of the potato cubes into the bowl


Step 14
Repeat with second bowl

Step 15

Serve warm
