Korean chili paste

1 teaspoonchicken base
paste or powder

1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil

¼ teaspoonfresh ginger

Layers:

½ cupred cabbage
shredded

½ cupbok choy
shredded

½ cupshelled edamame
fresh or thawed frozen

½ cupshredded rotisserie chicken

40gvermicelli rice noodles
or mung bean noodles

0.5scallion
thinly sliced
For Serving:
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a clean 32-ounce wide-mouth mason jar.




Step 2
Add the broth base to the bottom of the jar:





Step 3
Add the remaining ingredients in this order:






To serve immediately:

• Pour in 3 cups boiling or hot water, enough to cover the noodles.
Step 5
• Close the lid and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 6
• Carefully shake the jar to mix the broth base, then stir and enjoy.
To store and serve later:
Step 7
• Seal the jar and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Step 8
• Before serving, allow the jar to come to room temperature to prevent cracking.
Step 9
• Then add boiling water and follow Step 4.
