Instructions
Step 1
Mix together amino liquids, garlic, ginger, lime juice, chili paste and peanut butter. Set aside.

Step 2
Boil lightly salted water, add jasmine rice and cook per instructions.


Step 3
While rice is cooking, cook ground turkey until done. Drain with slotted spoon and set aside on plate.


Step 4
Using the same pan to cook the turkey, add in diced vegetables. Cook approx 5 minute until lightly softened.





Step 5
Add ground turkey back into veggie mixture, and pour sauce over, mixing well.
Step 6
Once sauce has lightly thickened, plate with jasmine rice on bottom, and topping with ground turkey and vegetable mixture. Top with chopped peanuts and cilantro to taste.
