Ingredients

200gbeef sirloin
thinly sliced

2 Tbspgochujang

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbsprice vinegar

1 Tbspsesame oil

1 Tbspvegetable oil

4cloves garlic
minced

1 Tbspginger
grated

225gudon noodles
or rice

1carrot
small, julienned

85gnapa cabbage
shredded

2green onions
sliced

1 tspsesame seeds

1 Tbspgochugaru
optional

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Step 2
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
Step 4
Add the beef and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Stir in the gochujang sauce mixture, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 6
Toss in the cooked noodles, carrots, napa cabbage, and green onions. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
Step 7
Garnish with sesame seeds and gochugaru, if using. Serve hot.
