Step 1
In a separate bowl combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar & cornstarch. Sit aside. In a medium skillet add broccoli & the mushrooms. Let them cook down for 10mins. Add the chicken & cauliflower rice & let cook for 15mins. Add in liquid mixture & cook until it becomes a sauce.
