Step 1
Slice garlic and ginger, cut dried chili into small bites; Prepare and clean leafy vegetable of your choice.
Step 2
Heat up cooking oil in a skillet, first add in garlic and ginger to stir fry on medium heat, and further add in cut dried chili to stir for under a minute.
Step 3
Finally add in prepared leafy vegetables to stir fry for a couple of minutes on high heat. Season it with salt and chicken powder or mushroom powder. Serve warm.
