Instructions

Step 1
Cook onion, carrot & celery in hot oil in a large saucepan for 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add garlic, cook for one minute. Add cabbage and contents of dressing packets, cook for an additional 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 2
Stir in can of tomatoes, broth, tomato sauce and beans. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce to a medium – heat, let simmer for 10-12 minutes until cabbage is tender.
