Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl whisk the egg white and set aside. In another bowl combine quark, egg yolk and sugar , Mix well. Gradually add the flour, water and baking powder. Once all dry ingredients are added fold through the blueberries and whisk well.
Step 2
Fold in the blueberries.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake in the oven at 170c for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 4
Slice and enjoy.
