Ranch Pasta Salad

Super easy pasta salad I used to make for the Pizza Hut salad bar in my youth. Can add as much of the ranch dressing to your liking. Original recipe with green pepper and onion, but other veggies such as cucumber or cherry tomatoes add a nice change.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain. Cool.
Step 2
Whisk mayonnaise, buttermilk (can substitute whole milk), and ranch seasoning.
Step 3
Dice onions and peppers.
Step 4
Toss ranch dressing, green pepper, onion, and cooled pasta. Refrigerate at least 1 hours prior to serving
