Instructions

Step 1
Baked Potato/Sweet Potato Wedges: * Preheat oven to 200C/ 400F * Wash and cut potatoes/sweet potatoes into wedges. * Toss with oil and your favorite seasonings. * Spread on a baking sheet. * Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and golden.
Step 2
Fried Chicken Strips: * Follow package directions for cooking (oven, pan-fry, or air fry).
Step 3
Avocado: * Smashed: Mash ripe avocado with a fork. Add lime/lemon juice, salt, and optional onion, cilantro, or hot sauce. * Sliced: Slice ripe avocado.
Step 4
Salsa: * Fresh: Dice tomatoes, chop onion and cilantro, add lime juice and salt (and chili if desired).
Step 5
To Serve: * Arrange cooked chicken strips, salsa, avocado and potato wedges on plates.
