Instructions

Step 1
1.Grind the lemon peel and put it aside. Juice half a lemon and put it aside. Peel the garlic.
Step 2
2. In a pan add the olive oil and heat it up on low heat. Add salt, pepper, red chili flakes and the garlic. Fry it for 1 min and add hot water. Turn up the heat to medium.
Step 3
3. Add the pasta and slowly pres it down until it's covered by the water. Let it cook for some time while stirring. When the water has almost evaporated add more hot water. Do this until the pasta is cooked al dente.
Step 4
4. Remove the pasta from the heat, add the lemon juice, lemon peel and basil and mix together.
Step 5
5. Serve it on a large plate, decorate with a peace of lemon and lemon peel. Enjoy!
