Instructions

For the batter

Step 1
Mix the batter dry ingredients

Slowly add water while whisking the batter

The batter should be runny crepe consistency

For Guacamole

Mix the Guac ingredients in a blender until a creamy paste is ready

Microwave the frozen veggies in a covered bowl for 3 minutes

Finely chop the veggies using a chopper

For the Beans filling

Heat a tsp of oil in a pan for 1 minute

Add the diced french beans and saute for 2-3 minutes

Add half a cup water to the pan then cover and cook on med flame for 3 minutes

Remove the lid and add the spices

Cook for another 3-4 minutes without lid until the beans are tender

Making Chillas

Heat a non stick pan to med-high flame for a couple of mins

Take a ladle of prepared batter and spread it thin like a dosa / crepe on a flat pan

Let it cook for 20 seconds until the batter is no longer wet then quickly grease the chilla with some oil

Quickly spread the mixed veggies filling over the chilla and dab with a spatula

When it has been 1.5-2 minutes, turn the chilla over and cook on the other side for a minute then take it off the heat onto a plate.

Dish out

Open the chilla, and spread some Old El Paso Chunky Salsa (or any other) on the Chilla

Spread beans filling in the middle

Place a spoon full of Guacamole at one of the edges

Fold Chilla into half
