Cook rice of choice, season and set aside on lowest heat covered.
Step 2
For stir fry add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to large frying pan on medium low heat, add garlic and ginger, and cook for 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and turn heat up to medium, cook for 5-6 minutes or until meat is fully cooked stirring and breaking up meat as it cooks and remove meat from pan.

Step 3
Add another tbsp of olive oil and add carrots and cabbage to pan, cook stirring as needed for about 5 minutes and then add red bell pepper. While the vegetables are cooking whisk soy sauce, chicken bouillon, honey, brown sugar and lime juice together in a small bowl.
Step 4
Add meat back into the pan and then add sauce, cook 1-2 more minutes mixing often.
Step 5
This recipe is very versatile, try using ground beef or pork instead of turkey. Try adding broccoli or red cabbage or add your favourite herbs at the end like green onion, cilantro, parsley or basil.
