250glean ground beef
Canadian-raised

1 packtortilla
snack

150gcabbage
shredded

45gsunflower seeds

57gapple cider vinegar
75mlavocado purée

30ggrated mozzarella
11gspices salt

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, combine the beef with half of the Mexican Moments spice blend and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Lay the tortillas on a clean work surface. Divide the beef mixture evenly between them and spread it out. Sprinkle each tostada with grated mozzarella, then transfer to a sheet pan lined with foil. Bake the tostadas for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through. For extra crispiness, broil for 1 to 3 minutes, watching closely.
Step 2
While the tostadas bake, thinly slice the green tops of the scallions and mince the garlic.
Step 3
Divide the tostadas evenly between plates. Spoon the guacamole verde over the top of each. Add a generous amount of slaw, and serve the rest of the guacamole verde and slaw on the side. Bon appétit!
