Pimento Cheese Dip

Everyone loves a good pimento cheese dip at parties. Level that up with this spicy version containing roasted poblano and hatch chiles. Pay attention because we’ll also use this for another mind-blowing favorite!!

Instructions

Step 1
Roasted peppers by spraying with olive oil and placing under high broiler until charred.
Step 2
Once charred on all sides place in metal bowl and cover with plastic wrap. After 10 minutes skin should peel off. Remove skins and de-seed. Dice peppers and reserve.
Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Top with chopped pistachios if desired
