Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
Blend cottage cheese and food processor or blender on high until smooth
Step 3
Transfer to medium bowl and add the flower mix until completely combined and the dough starts to pull away from the side of the bowl. Transfer the dough to a gently flowered workspace and need the dough 8 to 10 times until smooth.
Step 4
Roll the dough into a ball and divide it into four equal balls roll each ball out in 6 to 7 inch rope about 1 inch thick. Join the ends to make a circle and pinch the Seam to seal.
Step 5
Brush the tops with a beaten egg and top with your everything seasoning
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven until puffed and golden brown 25 to 30 minutes
Step 7
If baking in an air fryer, preheat on 350 for five minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and air fry bagels 10 to 12 minutes.
