Instructions

Step 1
Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and incorporate into each other
Step 2
Add water and stir until you have no dry flour and a sticky consistancy
Step 3
Cover and rest for 2-3 hours or double in size
Step 4
Release dough from sides, drizzle some olive oil on the dough, and fold it in on itself 4 times. Transfer to loaf pan, cover, and proof for another hour or until the dough reaches near the top of the tin.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 375F if convection, 400 if not. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool on rack for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
