Instructions

Step 1
Chop onion and bell peppers. Cook until soft/carmelized. Set to side, add beef to same pan, cook until browned. Prepare taco sauce by mixing taco seasoning, adobo sauce, and 50g water. Add to beef, mix in onion/peppers, and set to the side

Add pasta to boiling salted water
Step 3
While pasta is cooking, prepare cheese sauce. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, laughing cow wedges and cheddar powder to microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, and then blend until completely smooth
Step 4
Pour cheese sauce over pasta and then mix in the taco beef mixture
Step 5
5.) Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy!
