Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2
Rehydrate peanut butter powder until it reaches peanut butter consistency
Step 3
In large bowl whisk eggs. Add maple syrup, vanilla and coconut oil and rehydrated peanut butter.
Step 4
Add almond flour, oats, chia, hemp hearts, baking soda and salt. Mix well
Step 5
Fold in raisins and chocolate chips.
Step 6
Scoop dough into 12 cookies on baking sheet, flattening slightly.
Step 7
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden at the edges.
