Instructions
Step 1
Hold romaine heart at root, chop coarsely


Step 2
Trim and thinly slice green onions. Keeping white and green portions separate.

Step 3
In mixing bowl, combine sesame dressing, and garlic sesame sauce. Set aside

Place medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2tsp olive oil



Step 5
Add ground turkey, 1/4 tsp salt, and pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°f. 7-9 minutes






Step 6
Stir in sweet chili sauce and sambal (to taste)

Remove pan from burner

While turkey cooks continue recipe

In a clean mixing bowl, combine romaine, cabbage, white portions of green onions, and half dressing mixture. Gently toss to evenly coat. Set aside






Step 10
After all previous steps are completed, plate dish, topping salad with turkey, almonds, green portions of green onions, and remaining dressing.
