Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan over medium heat, add your mushrooms and let them sauté for 4 minutes on their own to remove excess moisture
Step 2
Add in your diced onion and a touch of oil to prevent it from sticking. Stir often and let it cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add in your chicken thighs and let it cook 3 minutes on each side
Step 4
Add all your sauces, seasonings, and water (do not add the chestnuts and green onion). Mix thoroughly, turn heat to low, and cover. Let it cook for another 30 minutes
Step 5
With 10 minutes to go add your chestnuts
Step 6
Serve with green onion and on rice
