Step 1
- Drain tomatoes, reserving 1/4 cup of oil; coarsely, chopped tomatoes. - Sauté onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons reserved oil over medium-high heat until tender. Add chicken; cook six minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. Add tomato and basil; cook two minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining oil, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Toss with hot cooked fettuccine. Yield: 4 servings
