Instructions
Step 1
Halve tomatoes. Trim and thinly slice green onions. Keep white and green parts separated.
Step 2
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and coat with oil or cooking spray. Add ground beef, seasoning blend, white portions of green onions, and tomatoes to hot pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up meat until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes.
Step 3
Add milk to pan and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally until slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted 30-60 seconds. Stir in pasta and season with salt. Cook until warmed through, 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Serve in bowls, garnishing with green portions of the green onions.
