For the spicy mayo

3 table spoonsmayo

½ teaspoonsmoked paprika

½ teaspoongarlic powder

½ teaspoononion powder

⅓ teaspoonchili flakes

⅓ teaspooncayenne

⅓ teaspoonsalt

Instructions
For the mayo
Step 1
Mix together the mayo and spices, mix and set in the fridge until serving
The chicken
Step 2
Marinate or season your chicken with salt and pepper
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and set aside

Butterfly the chicken breasts
Step 5
Pour the flour on a plate and season with S&P, garlic and onion powder (1 tsp of each)

Crack the eggs onto a separate plate, mix
Step 7
Coat the chicken in flour, then egg, then flour again

Fry in a pan in a liberal amount of oil on medium high, set aside on paper towels

Place the cheese on the cooked chicken to melt

Toast the burger buns in butter

Construct the burgers for consumption
