Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.




Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.



Step 4
In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.


Step 6
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Return the shrimp to the skillet and combine with the sauce.

Step 7
Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy shrimp mixture until well coated. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
