Instructions

Prepare the Filling

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine: Shredded chicken, Mozzarella, Greek yogurt, Cream cheese, Bacon, Red onion, Ranch seasoning, Garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and evenly blended.

Assemble the Taquitos

Step 2
Lay tortillas flat. Spoon a portion of the filling onto the bottom third of each. Roll tightly into taquitos, seam-side down.

Preheat Air Fryer

Step 3
Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Cook the Taquitos

Step 4
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place taquitos seam-side down, spaced apart. Optional: Lightly spray or brush the tops with oil for a crispier texture. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

Serve

Step 5
Let cool for 2–3 minutes. Enjoy plain or with light ranch or Greek yogurt for dipping
