Blend base mixture:

• Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, xanthan gum, and half the berries to a blender.

• Blend until smooth.

2. Distribute evenly:

• Pour the blended base equally into 2 Ninja Creami pint containers.

• Stir in remaining frozen berries if you want chunks, or blend all berries if you want it smooth.

• Freeze both pints upright for at least 24 hours.

4. Spin in Ninja Creami:

• Use the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Smoothie Bowl” function.

• If crumbly after first spin, add 1–2 tbsp of almond milk or Greek yogurt and re-spin.
