Instructions

Step 1
Chop garlic and ginger and add to a bowl
Step 2
Chop onions into wedges
Step 3
Heat wok on high and add oil, garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 min or until fragrant
Step 4
Add mince and cook for 4-5 minutes or until browning
Step 5
Toss in the onion and crushed chicken stock cube. Cook for 1-2 minutes
Step 6
Pour in the sauce ingredients and stir well. It should thicken up over 2-3 mins
Step 7
Add beans and any other veggies and fry for a few mins or until ready
Step 8
Serve with rice
