Instructions

Step 1
Add water, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon stick, vanilla stick, and tea bags to Pyrex. Boil for 15 min on high heat until orange in colour.
Step 2
Turn off heat, add sugar and carnation (evaporated) milk until colour you like.
Step 3
Sieve into cups and enjoy!
