Instructions
Step 1
Simply mash the ginger (great stress relief), slice the chillis, pop into a pot or a mug. Tip over the lemon juice, turmeric powder and pour in boiling water. Leave to brew for 3-4 minutes. You can put 2 inch of ginger in for a real kick.
Step 2
For extra brain care, take 3 long deep breaths before you take your first sip, inhaling the wonderful aromas and scribing your senses.
