Instructions

Step 1
In Bowl 1, beat milk and egg together.
Step 2
In Bowl 2, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, and parmesean cheese.
Step 3
Flatten chicken, then dip in milk mix on both sides. Let drip off, then dip in bread crumb mix.
Step 4
Heat skillet to medium heat. Pour olive oil in, then brown chicken for ~2-3 minutes on both sides.
Step 5
Remove from skillet, place in baking dish. Pour Prego sauce over to cover. Sprinkle with more parmesean, then cover with mozzarella.
