Ham & Swiss Croissant Bake

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a deep casserole dish (I did 10x10) with oil spray.
Step 2
2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and half-and-half until combined. Then, whisk in the Dijon mustard, cinnamon, sea salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
3. Cut the ham slices in half, and the Swiss into bite-sized pieces. Cut the croissants into about 2” pieces. Quickly soak the croissants in the egg mixture. Add half of the soaked croissants to the baking dish.
Step 4
4. Add half of the ham and Swiss into the crevices between the croissants. Top with the remaining soaked croissants, and remaining ham and Swiss in the crevices. Pour remaining egg mixture over the casserole.
Step 5
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until eggs are cooked through.
Step 6
6. If desired, top with fresh chopped parsley and/or hot honey. Enjoy!
