Step 1
Cook potatoes with jackets on, when done pour off water, let cool and peel off jackets. Boil eggs (bring to a boil, turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes). Chop potatoes, eggs, celery and onion and add to a large bowl. Mix together all other ingredients and stir into the potato mixture. Taste for salt and pepper. Transfer to a refrigerator dish with lid and sprinkle with paprika.
