Instructions

Step 1
repare the broccoli: Clean a medium head of broccoli, cut it into florets, and blanch them (cook them briefly in boiling water).
Step 2
Cook the quinoa: Rinse and cook 150g of quinoa according to the package directions.
Step 3
In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil.
Step 4
Add the cooked quinoa and toast it briefly.
Step 5
Stir in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Step 6
Finally, add the broccoli.
Step 7
Serve: Mix everything together, and the dish is ready.
Step 8
Sliced red pepper—whether fresh, pickled, or roasted—also makes an excellent addition to this dish.
