Step 1
in a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper and oregano. Filet turkey breast about 1/4” and then pound a little bit to get it a bit thinner. Cot turkey with the flour mixture. In a large skillet, melt butter in oil over medium heat. Place turkey in the pan and lightly brown, turn turkey over. Add mushrooms, pour in the wine and sherry - cover skillet. simmer turkey for about 10 minutes turning once until no longer pink in side.
