Mushroom tortillini in a creamy sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Boil water in large pan and heat your frying pan.
Step 2
Add oliver oil to pan and fry your pancetta. Then season with black pepper.
Step 3
Once browned, add in your chicken stock (follow the pack guide) and your spinach.
Step 4
Add your tortillini into the pan and cook as per the instructions.
Step 5
Whilst the tortillini cooks add the cream cheese into the frying pan with the pancetta, stock, Spinach.
Step 6
Add pasta to the pan with the sauce, seqson with black pepper then serve up.
