500 gramsbeef mince
organic

6tomatoes
ripe, chopped

1 Tbspfresh sage
chopped

1 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped

1 Tbspfresh thyme
chopped

1spring onion
chopped

2 Tbspbutter
organic

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Step 2
Add the potatoes to boiling water with a pinch of salt and cooked until soft (for mashing).
Step 3
Fry aromatics, herbs and tomatoes in a large frying pan until onion is soft, then add meat and cook until meat is browned.
Step 4
Mash the potatoes, add 2 tablespoons of butter and salt to taste.
Step 5
Add the beef mixture to a glass baking dish and spread out evenly. Top evenly with mashed potato and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
Step 6
Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook until the top is golden, approximately 30-40 minutes.
