Instructions
Step 1
Cook the basmati rice in salted water according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Wash and cut the Swiss chard into pieces, separating the stems from the green leaves.
Step 3
Blanch the stems in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Then, add the green leaves and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 4
Strain the chard and mix it with the rapeseed oil, olive oil, and nutritional yeast flakes.
Step 5
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and mix it together with the chard. For the best flavor, combine everything while still hot or warm (this way the tastes will mingle and develop beautifully).
