Instructions

Step 1
Chop everything into uniform pieces. Don't make it exact because it's not alchemy.

Add all ingredients in one fell swoop into a hot skillet treated with a little bit of oil.

Cook on medium high for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through, stirring occasionally.

This isn't one you have to stare at. I prefer if some of my bits are charred. Just come back occasionally to stir it and it will be fine. If it starts getting too dark before your potatoes are done, add a tiny bit of water and cover the pan, turning the heat down.
