Instructions
Step 1
Cook 1 cup orzo in 2 cups of chicken broth on medium heat. Add more broth if needed
Step 2
When orzo is cooked, add heavy cream, tomatoes, spinach, grated parmesan cheese. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes
Step 3
Add Chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie chicken)
Step 4
Add some more parmesan cheese on top and Enjoy!
