For The Noods
Step 1

Make pasta. 1 egg and 100 grams of flour make about one serving. Generally I do 4 “servings”.

For The Meatballs
Step 2

Finely dice the ham, and add to a large bowl.

Step 3

Add the ground beef to the bowl.

Step 4

Use a garlic press to press garlic into the bowl.

Step 5

Add the Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
Step 6

Add the salt and pepper.

Step 7

Mix the ingredients until combined.
Step 8

Add the bread crumbs and one whole egg.

Step 9

Mix again until homogenous.
Step 10

Using a cookie scoop, scoop the meat mixture onto a baking sheet.

Step 11
Use your hand to form them into balls.

Sear the meatballs on 2-4 sides.
Step 14

Remove the meatballs and set the heat to LOW.
Step 15

Soften the onion and toast the garlic in the oil.

Step 16

Add the red pepper flakes.

Step 17

Add the crushed tomatoes (canned).
Step 18

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 19

Bruise the basil and add to the sauce.

Step 20

Add the meatballs back into the sauce to finish cooking.
Step 21

Add your cooked pasta and some pasta water to the sauce and meatballs. Then plate and enjoy!
